St. Andrews Farmers’ Market Association
Annual General Meeting
Thursday, March 26th, 2015
Current Vendors & Prospective Vendors are encouraged to attend the St. Andrews Farmers’ Market Association Annual General Meeting. It provides an opportunity for current Vendors to have a say in the running of the Market. This is also the time for returning Vendors to sign up for the fast approaching Season!
The Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26th, 2015,inside the Anglican Church Hall, located on King Street, St. Andrews N.B. Beginning with a “Pot Luck” Luncheon at 6pm followed by the AGM at 7pm. As the date approaches we will keep in touch with you about changes or further updates regarding the AGM.
For easier voting, members who are in good standing (a vendor who has paid the membership fee & has attended at least 5 Market days) will be given a voting paddle upon arrival to the AGM. When voting is required, each Association Member, in good standing, is allowed one vote. (A typical case is one vendor stall, one vote & if it is a couple, the vendor decides which one of the two vote the membership.)
See you there!
